d. send customer the sample for approval
e. improve the sample and submit it again if necessary
f. customer approve sample and place order and pay deposit
g. production
h. Inspection before delivery
i. customer pay balance payment, we book space with forwarder
j. delivery
k: send original documents to customer for goods pickup 
 
2.How about sample policy? 

If we have the sample in stock, we will provide free sample to you. if we don't have any in stock, then you should pay for the sample. Anyway, the sample fee will be returned after order confirmation
